Well Welcome to My new Club Woman with Swords

It is a Club with members in recoizing the beauty in women with swords. Western or eastern style Fantasy or modern even sci-fi. Cross over stuff is fine, anyone wanting ideas for some new art I have a list of characters as long as semi truck and trailer of ideas you can put swords to.

Joining the Club
Here are a few and simple rules for joining the club:

1. You send a note to the club, saying you want to join.
2. Wait for a confirmation.
3. You put the club in your watch and in your friends list (if you have activated showing the list of friends on your main page) and/or put its icon in all of your journals, stating that you are a member of the club. I will try my best to make you proud of being in the club!
4. The club will put you in its and into the list of members.

This four-step process does not take ages like in other clubs, it should not take more than two days. Usually you will be notified within a day unless I am unable to get internet access, which I will try to advertise beforehand - by changing the "dangerous" mood to "outta here". Even in such a case, it shall not take longer than one week. I will always try to journal any prolonged possible delays.

Rules for kicking out members (I hope this will not happen, but we have to be ready for everything):
1. You are not online (or have mot made any "activity" - for invisible members) for more than a month (4 weeks) -> you get removed from the member list.
2. If you know you will not be able to get online for more than this, you have to send a note to the club before you leave.
3. Kicked out members (due to too long offline time) who were unable to send in a note (e.g. due to a serious medical condition) are allowed to join again.
4. You have not made your presence to the club known in any way for a month (no comments to the club, no deviation submissions to the club, no comments on deviations submitted to the club - I am watching it all... , etc.), you get kicked out. After getting kicked out this way you are not allowed to join for the next two months. After these two months have passed, you are allowed to join again.

There are people out there who join tens of clubs and then neglect most of them, mainly because it would take inhuman effort to be active in such a large number of clubs. Please think a while before joining a club - and ask yourself a question whether joining the club will be good both for you and the club community.

Sending In Art for the Club

1. You have to be a member of the club to be allowed to send in deviations for display in the club's gallery.
2. The range of deviations: You can submit basically anything from Females with swords [really how hard can it be?]. Males are allowed either as foes or as back ground but the woman should be the focus, Style and media are up to you. pictures and written works are both accepted [I be a fool not to take writing as it all I do. Scanned pictures from manga coloured in a computer or screenshots from the anime with some added colour / effects are not accepted, sorry. The club wants to see what is in you!
3. If your deviation meets the rules above, send in a note saying which deviation from your gallery you would like to see in the club's gallery too.
4. I will shrink the image to the size of subscriber's thumbnails and put it up in the gallery. This is to deter people from faving the pictures in the club's gallery and to actually have a look at, comment and fav your picture in your gallery. Yes, I do care you get your hard-earned favs and comments.
